| Shipping Policy |

We ship most of our products using United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping rates provided by this site are for shipments within the continental US or Canada. We can also ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii for an additional $10.00 USD. If you require other shipping methods or for International destinations, you must contact us in advance.
We stock most parts in our warehouse and can ship your items once payment has cleared. We gaurantee that all shipments will be sent within 7 days of your order unless the item is marked as a special order or if there is a manufacturer back order. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will recieve an email so that you can remain informed about the status of your order. In many cases you can also track the status of the shipment and your order from your account login in this website.

If there is an issue with your item, we will be happy to work with you for a quick resolution. You must obtain authorization for all returns before sending an item back. We will not accept any returns for items returned without authorization. Shipping costs for return items will be at buyer's expense.
The item(s) will be inspected upon return and if found defective will be replaced and shipped to buyer at seller's expense. If no problems are found, item(s) will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Item(s) that have been damaged or mishandled will void exchange privilege and shipped to buyer at buyer's expense. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON INSTALLED PARTS. IF APPLICABLE INSTALLED PARTS FALL UNDER MANUFACTURES WARRANTY. |
