E36 3D Printed High Beam Headlight Duct
This duct allows you to keep your low beam for streetability and various regulations/rules while utilizing the high beam's location to allow a substantial amount of airflow into the engine bay! The smallest portion of the duct has an opening of 12.4 sq.in. which is just under that of a 4" diameter pipe! It can also give your car a very aggressive aesthetic! All parts are printed from Black PETG HF which is sunlight safe and heat resistant while also being paintable! The Duct has two stye options, Standard and Lensless. The Standard option is for retaining the factory lens. The Duct will pass through the lens and into the high beam portion of the housing keeping the headlight completely sealed like factory. The lensless option is for people wanting to eliminate the factory lens. This is common as these headlights have a secondary lens located inside the headlight. The Standard duct option is available in both right and left configurations to suit your needs. Turbo cars will commonly want the right side while NA cars will commonly want the left side. Some customers may want to install a duct in both lenses! The Lensless option does not matter which side you choose as they are the same from left to right. The duct will come with two adapters as pictured. One is an adapter to run a 4.5" silicone coupler on the rear of the duct. This will allow you to plum the duct directly to a component or direct the airflow. The other adapter is a 60 degree air diverter. This can be sued to deflect the incoming air toward an air filter, turbo, hot component, etc. without using a coupler. They are not required for use, but may come in handy! Please allow up to 5 business days for the item to ship!
